Who Needs Support Coordination

Your Support Coordinator will be helpful in understanding your individual plan, what it includes and how you can make the best use of your NDIS plan.

Your support Coordinator will help you to organize your supports so that it suits your individual situation.

Your Support Coordinator can also work with community organisations such as Community Mental Health and Housing agencies to maintain your tenancy and support your mental health.
